Is there anyone on the board that can help me change some settings for our office phone system. Its a 3COM NBX 100 with all the current updates and Licenses. Everything is in working order but we would like to have all incoming lines ring about 2 times then go to the Auto Attendant. Now its set to 7 rings(or about 20 seconds) and then goes to the AA. I have looked all over in programming, and cant seem to get it right. Is this something I need to change in the dial plan? Thanks in advance.

So what did you do to solve this?

I took a quick look at a 100 on Friday, but couldn't remember what setting would affect this.

In my defense, it was Friday afternoon, and I decided to just go home! wink
