Hoping you guys can help with a specific question, and some general...
Specific - I have an Electra Elite IPK. One of the analog extensions is showing as busy on the operator's console, even though the phone is not in use. I know there is a way to reset the extension from the console, but I'll be damned if I remember it.... Could someone tell me how?
General - When we had this system installed (it was new), they provided me jack squat for documentation on it. I've had to call to ask how to turn ringers on, off, reset extension, etc... Just about everything short of resetting a VM password. Is there a document I can get my hands on that has how to do basic operations through the console?
Yes, I have an IP bridge, but it's non-functional. I have the cable on order for it, but waiting for the PO to process...

Thanks! That got it.
I have no idea what state the phone was in. I work in a drug / alcohol rehab and that phone is located in a client-accessible area. Only the gods know what they did / do to it.
