Continuing Saga...
When last we left our hero, he had an Elite IPK installed, but was getting zero support from his provider. He's struggled valiantly for several months, but now....
I've forgotten the blooming password to the IPK SAT software. Is there a universal or a reset option? I realize it likely cannot be posted and would need to be done via telephone / email / whatever.
Anyone willing / capable of helping?

sat password is set in system programming WHICH can be accessed via a phone with a display

The remote access password can be found in phone programing but the SAT password is held in the registry of the PC that you are logging into..
