HELP! I have the NEC Elite 48 system. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could forward calls from an extension to a cell phone. For example: If an employee was leaving for the day and wanted to receive calls on their cell, is there something I could enter into the phone to call forward?

If offsite call forwarding has been allowed in system programming (programs 1-8-08 and 3-04), then you just....

1, go to the phone you want to forward.

2, press 'speaker' and dial the call forward all calls code (usually 41)

3, dial 9 followed by the phone number of the cell phone. press speaker to save.

4, To cancel the forwarding dial 42 from that ext.

I try and try and couldn’t figure it out

“2, press 'speaker' and dial the call forward all calls code (usually 41)”

what that mean dial the call forward all calls? How do I do it

I have 4 different phone lines on my system, and I would like to forward 1 of the lines to my cell phone when I leave my store

Thank you in advance

He was explaining how to call forward an extension in the system, which is what your not looking for from the sounds of your second post.
You need the access code from your carrier(Verizon) who ever you pay your phone bill to. They have a call forward code that you must use to make this happen. Get the code and info from your carrier.
