I am not sure what happened but my post vanished I think.
I am being ask to install "Music on Hold" in a Merlin 4 X 10 system. I have not work this system for some time, so am asking. the Music on Hold is external. Will this be a Plug and Play? I am a retired 35yr Qwest DSO/DS1 Tech. can anyone help.
