We have an SV8100 installed in a small motel with Hotel Motel licensing and software version 2.50. They have an in mail for Auto Attend and the rooms also use the VM. Whats happening is that when a call is answered by the AA and the caller dials a room or even the front desk, they hear one ring then the Auto Attend plays again. I can't figure out why this is happening. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Check 47-02-09 for all your mailboxes & 47-13 for the dial action table you are using.

Figured it out (with NTAC's help). I had restricted the rooms from transfering calls in cos and had the VM ports in the same cos. Woops.
