I have seen similar posts asked but not quite answered. I am not trying to change the progrmaming or the voicemail box. I just want to be able to hear my voicemails when I call into the system from home. I've tried a few other things but having figured it out yet. When I call in and I hear my voicemail playing, how can I get it to stop, ask me for my pin, and let me listen to my voicemails? Right now everything works fine if I call voicemail (x150) from my desk, but not from outside the system (or if I call my desk from another extension). I have even tried having someone transfer me to x150 when I call in and that didnt work either (I get the automated attendant message like when in night mode, I can dial an extension including x150, but I still cant get it to prompt me for my pin.)

What system and VM type do you have? In anyway if you transferred from extension you supposed to hear your Greeting and can leave a message. Only if you calling from outside you can dial 9(I guess)follow by your extension number and system will ask for pswd.

In order to give a accurate answer we need to know what system you have.

If Your system is an Key system, Elite,IPKI or II, once the VM answers if you Dial 9 + Ext. Number, you should Get "Enter your Password".
