We have Dterm80 phones and are running electra elite IPK. We no longer have a users/administration manual. Presently we only have one phone in our building that rings for incoming calls and we need to have several more existing phones ring due to increased call volume. Thank you for your help.

Call a technician. It requires technician level programming to do what you are requesting.

How do I find the IP of an individual phone (Dterm 80)?

Are these IP phones?
You can ping phones through the network if you know the IP, and the IP range for IP phones will have been set aside from the original system design.
I second Scott: Call an NEC technician and have them give you training on the phones while they are onsite.

It sounds like the database has defaulted. Since, at default, only one phone will ring.
