For any of you making the change from whatever OS you have now to Vista, just be aware that Vista and PC Anywhere are not compatible, and as of yet, Symantec has not made a fix. If anyone else runs across any program that might be relevant, especially stuff like WinSPM or such, that has issues, please post.

Wow! I was thinking of upgrading, but I do use PCanywhere a lot, so guess I won't.

You may be able to use Remote Desktop instead, but I am not sure it that works for you.

Believe it or not. One of the news channels here did a special this week and told everyone not to upgrade to vista.

I am only upgrading because my upgrade is free with my new laptop, and I am going to leave my previous hard drive intact incase I need to go back. I don't think I would have any motivation to upgrade if I had to shell out some cash to by the OS. I am buying the Office 2007. Fortunately it is for my kids, so I can buy the Education version and I can use it too!

I guess I spoke too soon. Seems the student version of office 2007 doesn't come with Outlook. Looks like I have to go with the standard version upgrade.

There are a lot of Inter-Tel and OAISYS products that don't play nice with IE7.
