Sorry, this must be a popular post, but I can't find it anywhere. I have an Infostar/VX2 voice mail system and am wondering how to access my voice mailbox from an outside line. In the manual it looks like I enter the Telepone Number for the Infostar/VX2; press #, then enter my mailbox number; and finally enter my Access Code. If I don't know the Infostar/VX2 number, can I get in by dialing my own number? Any suggestions? Thanks.

What that means " My own number" Are you talking about your direct number(DID)? If you dial DID you will get your MB and you can leave a Message. If VM has an Option "Return to main Greeting" you can press that number and then dial # key but if your VM acts as a Primary Answering Position you have to dial your Company's main number and after Greeting starts dial # key follows your MB and Password.
