We have a Comdial FXII system. Our outbound caller ID appears as "Unknown Call". This started about 4 weeks ago. Nothing was changed on the system around this time.
Would appreciate any assistance.

Do you have a T-1? Pri? If so and really you did not change anything on your side it has to be your carrier.

Thank you for your quick reply.
We have a T-1. The carrier says that everything is correct on their end.
All that we have done over this time period was to modify existing extensions.
If something had been unknowingly modified, what would we need to look at and how should it be set?

The Comdial can only modify caller ID on PRI circuits. If you have a standard T1 I gotta agree with JIm.

I stand corrected, I have PRI T1 at this location.
What do I need to check on our system, and how should it be configured?

Under board config there are settings for CID info.
