8324 phone on a dsu 2. User wants to call forward calls. Uses interactive buttons to set up forwarding (options - next - cfwd - all - set), after pressing set gets "access denied" in display. What is not set up correctly?
User has calls transferred to his phone from auto attendant. When his phone is busy wants calls to roll to phone next to him. Have set up hunt group with his phone and one next to him, but calls will still not roll. Does department calling need to be set up in order for this to work?

You can't CFW a set on the DSUII if it is programmed to FNA to voice mail.
