I have a DX 120 and the SLTs will work then quit I have done a cold start and downloaded the file and still had the same problem. So I changed out the SLT card with one that works and still have the problem. The first time I did a cold start I checked the card and it worked but didnt check it for very long. Then I set up the toll rest. and account code and then it would fail. At one point it worked the way it should then quit. Then no dial tone on phones. Watch light on card and it would come on and phones would work but it didnt stay flashing for very long. Vertical said the file must be corrupt or the system is bad. Just wanted to hear from someone else that might of had this problem. One of vertical Tech said maybe program it from a phone might help.
Thank You for any help

Hand reprogram the system. If that doesn't do it replace the cabinet.
This is not a known issue with any release of firmware/software on the 120.

Are you saying to do a cold start and then program all data back in with the phone or just program the slt?

Cold start and ground up reprogram using a phone or the DB tool.
Personally I think it's a hardware issue. I've had cabinets do strange things. One of them I have, a PRI card will not work but a T1 card does. Another one the voice mail system will quit calling out after a few days. It's definitely the cabinet itself, not the voice mail. Another one the expansion cabinet won't work. You get used to it working with TECOM.
Don't program the toll restriction and account codes and see if it fails. If not then program toll restriction. If it's still good and then dies with account codes then you have the culprit.I've never had an issue with toll restriction but I haven't ever used account codes. It's slightly possible there's a software issue with account coding causing this but how it would cause no dial tone is beyond me.
