Customer wants to be able to occasionally monitor their CSR calls. This can be accomplished by using the service observe feature. I'm anticipating that they will ask if they can barge into the conversation. I don't see a "barge in" feature. Other than setting up SOHVA groups which will not include the outside party i don't see any way to do a barge in. Is there another way?

Hey Stepswitch, just to caution you on this operation, keep in mind that the station has to be in a busy condition for the Executive Override to work, meaning that if the user has multiple group intercoms at his/her station, the extension will just ring. If the "barger" wants to enter the call they are on, they first have to encounter a busy condition, and then can enter the call using the Exective Override feature. Hope this makes sense to you. Good luck.
