You can Ghost the drive and move the card and dongle to accomplish a hardware backup. You have an analog integrated DOS voice mail. The phones themselves are digital. Without a password you're probably looking at a visit from a Comdial/Key Voice/Vertical repair dealer to break and reset the password. A one hour service call should be able to fix your login issue as well as make the changes you need plus get a little OJT on self maintenance. They may be able to provide you a manual..some dealers do and some don't.

It's really easy to approach this problem if you can't solve it on your own. Meds say "If symptoms persist, consult your doctor." well, try to find a technician...i'm a repair guy myself but for this one, you don't need to pay for a repairman like me. tech support will do. it's a lot cheaper.

Jeremy...welcome to the board but please notice the date on the post...It's a year old. Pretty sure it's been fixed by now. And Vertical tech support will not help a nondealer.
