Hi I thought since you were so helpful with my last question you might be able to answer this simple question for me, please ? How do I change the display time on all the phones ? Thanks for that website address you gave me. The manual is on there and has proved to be really helpful but there is no mention of this.

You can try this link it may help with the time and date setting.

Set the time on any DCS (provided that the password is default);
While on hook-
Press transfer
Dial 200
Dial 1234 Press the up arrow to enable programming
Press speaker
Dial 505
Dial the new time following the format specified
The phone will beep twice when the entry is complete (and in the correct format)
Press transfer
Message edited to remove technician programming passcode and show administration access.
