I am trying to get a single line phone to work in port 27. I have changed the jumpers inside the system, and get DC on the port but no dial tone. The programming password is unknown, and I can't default the system and re-program it yet. Any ideas ?

Password should be 1234. 1 to enable
Once in programming you have to identify the ports aa single line dialing ports. Program 38.
Good Luck
