I have a phone on a Prostar DCS that even though it is forwarded to the vmail hunt group on fwd-rna-busy, when transfering a call to it, it recalls back to the station that transfered the call everytime.
When you go through the auto attendant, it forwards properly.

Is it only 1 phone that does this, others work ok? Check the forward timer and make sure its set shorter than the transfer recall timer.

Human transfered from any station to x 340 recalls back to the transfering station. When dialing that number form the auto attendant, it forwards fine.

OK Whats the timer set to in mmc 502 for 340 and whats the timer in mmc501 set to for transfer recall? Does it recall immediately or is there a delay before it recalls?

I changed the transfer recall timer to 90 seconds. I do not know what the other timer is set to. Which timer is it?
