On and IDCS 100 system can you restrict one station to local dial only. This is a phone in a public place and I want it to only dial local area codes or 800 numbers.

Did you mean local area codes or local office codes?
Area code would the 323 of 323-456-7890.
The office code of the same number would be 456.
You can allow 1800, 1888, 1877, 1866, 1855 as they are all toll free. Don't forget to include 911.
