Hi All
I have my Officeserv 500 trunked to an Asterisk box - All is working well apart from DTMF.
I've setup an IVR on the Asterisk which works fine with my SIP phones. But when a call comes in from the trunk (external call or from an internal extension) nothing happens.
If I press keys while in a normal call, I can hear the tones.
I've checked MMCxxx - The DTMF Type is set to "Inband (RFC2883)" I've tried changing "ISDN PROGCON" in MMC210
I have no idea what to try next.
DTMF does work for external calls - I've just tried calling a few suppliers from the same samsung phones, and their IVRs work fine.
Thanks
Shaun

Check software version for MGI3 board. You must use 3.61 software. In the description for that version I founded – “Change RFC2833 DTMF type 96 to 101 (If you want to use RFC2833 DTMF, you must use this version \on all board.)
