I have a client with OS7100. wants to set up a mailbox that will then send message to about 50 users (mailboxes). Is this possible? Is email gateway possibly a solution?

Is he wanting to send the same message to all users? If that is the case, just setup a mailbox with admin rights to allow the mailbox to send a broadcast message to all users.

The e-mail gateway is an option. If they are using an Exchange Server or other e-mail server that allows for group mail. The user would call a mailbox, leave a message and have that mailbox send the voicemail to the mail server which would send the message to all users in the group.

Is this client on an MP10 or MP10a? If it's the old MP10, remember the limit on the e-mail gateway.

The easiest option would be to just create a list in the Block Table. I know with the SVMi-20E, you can have up to 51 members in a list. I don't know off the top of my head what the limit is for the OS7100.

Thanks again CIT. I did set up and test a list mailbox and seems to do the job. You can have up to about 51 members. My only concern is:
If some mailbox messages go unchecked the system memory would fill up quick so I would set up boxes to delete after a few days (I believe this is message retention field on page 1 of mailboxes).
