Well the Keyset network is actually very different. For starters everything is one to one so you cant just plug a set into a switch and watch it work.
Although it only needs one pair of wires instead of two. The programming is significantly different and since yours was wiped out. It will probably take you five times longer to figure it out.A trained tech might only need an hour or two.
The forum is not designed train you but more give you instruction and point you in a way to go. But if taken off line or behind the scenes you may get everything you need done. Gerrya has been working with you. So I would continue that route with him. As for the classes, they are for dealers only. Unless you can get one to sponsor you of course. The courses are not free but I am sure you would be willing to pay to learn.
Just as a side note: most techs learn telecom first, then move to IP. After all IP was invented in the telecom world. Were better place to start than the begining.
