What manuals do you have? If they are just User Guides" and not a Supervisor's or Technician's manual, then you're barking up the wrong tree. You've got to get into the Supervisor's mailbox, know the password, then add the new boxes 800 & 801 and set them up. Both boxes have got to be set up exactly like they were before or else things wil not be working the same. If you've never done that before, then it may be over your head.

If you've got KeyLink going, then just start poking around there---or it might be easier to get someone on the phone that can walk you through it. For a small price, you could be up and running in a short time, possibly. Try PMing one of the forum Admins to see if they can help remotely, or call whoever your regular Comdial dealer is. Good luck.

i dont have a dealer anylonger, my guys in california have all passed on the DX80 woes to someone else... i could have someone remote host into the comp and fix it...

ive been screwing around in there trying to figure out the issues and seem to hit a wall...

i have these guides...

HD voicemail installation and supervisor guide.
Comdial Technical manual VOL1
and programming manual.

OK, well thanks for telling me to screw around lol...

heres how i fixed it...

added 800 in the routing box, copied all the info from 801 except the go to 800 instead of 801 if no numbers dialed

works perfectly... thanks again!!!!

Where is this system located? You mentioned something about guys in CA, but I see you are in FL.
