All:
I've sort of been tossed into taking care of the ESI IVX E-Class setup we have here at work.
I'll have to give ESI credit - most of programming, etc., is pretty straight forward, but I've run into this, which I can't find in the administrator or user manual.
We have 5 incoming lines, which all ring to the same pool of people, say our CS pool. They would be extensions 101-115. The problem is extension 105 is no longer a member of CS, but since he has business cards printed with 105, he would like to keep that extension.
How do I take him out of the pool? It's probably simple programming, but I've looked over the manual a couple of times with no success.
Thanks!
Eddie

Adding/removing stations from station hunt groups and ringing is a technician-level program. I recommend calling in your technician. They can probably dial in to make that change.
