Have a new client with ESI IVX 128 system. Main greeting has single digit numbers to transfer to ext. Unable to figure out how to program the single digit to transfer to the correct three digit ext. client does not have any installer/programming guides. Please help if possible.

Mark What you want to do is ID branch programming. It isn't very complicated however yo will need the installer password. Do you have it?

no we don't have the installer password, just the administrator password. we were wondering if this was a function in which we could not do on our own, but would need to have the installer come out and do.

The Auto Attendant single digit menu's are installer level programming. If you only have the admin password, you can't get there form here.
