I have a customer with an IVX 128 plus. They were using a headset at one ext. Had headset enabled and a headset button. Decided to stop using headset so they disabled headset in user programming. Now to make or answer calls they have to use the headset dss button. Can not lift the handset to answer. I have verified headset is disabled. Any ideas.

Did you reboot the system?

Sounds like it thinks the headset exists....reboot it and see if it clears.
