Does anyone here have any experience with interfacing any brand of IVR with an IDS 228? I have a call center customer that is thinking about the possibility of adding an IVR system.

Installed 2 for the State of Illinois on Executone IDS. You use analoge ports to interface. They used Intervoice.
Forgot, we used a DDI. It allowed us to use CTI to send caller indo to IVR.
Good Luck!! JJ

If all else fails, use a BFH.

It can also be connected with a t-1 card.Turn on all four switches on the front of the T-1 card. When installed into the cabinet the cards will come up with 4 digit analog ext in the f-screen.

Thanks for your replies, JJ and Frankie. I'm just trying to be prepared to answer questions that I think will be asked soon by my customer.
