I have a customer who says that when a user is on a conference call and receives another DID call the DID caller is added automatically to the conference in progress. ACPU 2.5.0 228 Cabinet. Not a very popular feature/Bug Any ideas?

just a guess, does it happen on all phones?
or just one, check to see if ' auto 2nd path ' is turned on , for the phone(s) in question..
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Never heard of this one.
2.5.0 had some problems, like the operator terminal did not work correctly. We upgraded most sites to 2.5.1 or higher.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

No auto 2nd path. I was thinking, since it is conference related and there a limit to the number of conferences, when reaching the limit what happens? What would adding a conference card accomplish. As I understand it allocates more time slots for Conferencing. I will upgrade to 2.5.1 or better and see what happens. Thanks all
