Iam new to trying to work with this Eclipse 2.5.1 system. I am trying to take a number, a DID? from the receptionist and put it throught to my VP's office ext.
Please help!

get into system programing,from the main menu
hit ' y ' then ' A ' that is the basic screen for digit translation, Find the number you are trying to change, put the new ext number under the Ext/Id table If You want the ' name ' to show up when a call comes in on that DID, change the 'N ' to a 'Y ', and type in a short name.
Done.
Test.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
