Ok, swapped the 8PSUB and the 408, same result. Took the VMAC and the 8PSUB Out, leaving just the CPU and the two 408', same result. Swapped the 408's, same result.

JADIX is the MAN.
Problem solved in less than an hour.
CPU Card had pins that were bent.
Reseated in CPU slot, and all is well.
