I need to to know the steps to setup the com port on my computer to use the programmer software. I have no manual with the software and don't know how to get it to work. The software is 9.30, adix aps.

Well got a error of data sequence error. What does that mean?

Data sequence error usually means you have the wrong speed set. Try another setting, and remember to 'SAVE ENVIRONMENT'.
It could also mean you don't have the right 9 pin serial adapter. Iwatsu uses a proprietary design. Search the forum in Iwatsu- there's a pin-out in here somewhere.
