I am trying to connect 2 MOD ICS with norstar VOIP Gateways and a BCM 400 across a customers network. I am able to make calls to and from the 3 sites across the network however I get a 8-10 second delay after I dial the digits. When i dial across the network and out the local pstn the delay goes to 12-14 seconds. I am quite certain it is not a network issue as we have done numerous tests. On another post I read that this is common, I find it unacceptable and was hoping that there maybe a solution. Any help would be appreciated

Joe, You may try posting this question in the Nortel forum. There are some sharp guys over there that may be able to help you, but I'm not sure if they check the VoIP forum very often.
Good Luck!
