I'm not in the habit of repairing equipment, but from time to time out of necessity it, would be nice to have a source for a few different items. Right now I have the need for the backup battery that hold programming for a Vodavi DHS, and the super caps that retain the programming in the Norstar DR5 modules. I'm not trying to be cheap, just reasonable. If I tell the customer I have to send in their unit for repair, 9 times out of ten they say they will just call me next time it loses programming again. I've got several now in the same boat and not enough spare cabinets to go around. If anyone knows a source for these parts it would be greatly appreciated.

I agree. I've dealt with Refurb Supplies on a very small scale, very nice folks to deal with.

I also agree that Refurb Supplies is a great company to use. We also purchase the DHS memory batteries from www.tselectronic.com

Nfc, if you have the part number handy that tselectonics uses, would you mind sending me an e-mail? I called em but they were not able to find the battery with the little information I was able to provide. Thanks.
