This is some months later, but I thought I should continue posting under the same "similar" thread.
I have a new line that will not ring. I have been able to program my CO line so when outside people call in, the line will work (not ring, just flash, but if I push the button the connection is established). I setup the CO line as Line 2 and programmed Line 2 to Y Y Y Y for the four ring options (day, night, etc.) Obviously, I am missing a step because the phone is not ringing when outside people call. Sure could use some help.
Cheers!

Have you tried a different CO port? The one you are using might be bad.

Just for kicks, press the volume UP button while the line is ringing (or when it SHOULD be ringing) Mike

I checked the volume, Thanks for the suggestion.
UPDATE: In Station Programming, under the 4 digit extention I selected: (z)ring to all lines, to see if that would work. After I did that, none of the lines in the building ring. Ooops. Any suggestions on this one?
Just to add to this post. The CO line on each phone flashes and if you push it you can connect. So I think this goes back to my other post regarding ring
