SC =. Short Circuit
O/D = Over and Drop (Out of Order, broken). Refers to the cord board operators practice of throwing the defective cords Overthe top of the switch board and Dropping them down to ID them as unusable.

I used. To (have to) remember dozens of these. Now I'm blanking out.
