I recently aquired the duty of answering the telephones for my company (no secretary) because the girl who used to answer them left. The phone at her desk is the only one in the office (out of 10) that rings out loud, and when it rings you can lift the handset and the call is answered right away. When I pick up my phone, I have to push the line button to be able to answer the call. I want to have her feautures on my phone, and vice versa. I've swapped the phones but that didn't solve the problem. And the woman who usually does the programming couldn't find the manual to look it up in. I'm sure it's an easy fix, but I'm at a loss! Any help would definitely be appreciated!

Not in getting to your question;
You can either call forward the phone to yours or have your vendor move the cross connects at the KSU to actually swap them. I guess it depends on if it is a temporary move or a permanent one.
You may also press a "Nite" button or a "DND" button on the other phone and it may start all the other phones ringing. You might just want to find the manual and change the ringing parameters on your phone, that would be the one that would probably work best.
I was wondering if you could help me out.. I have a Isoetec Ids USA 001 and cannot figure out the how to change the time... it is driving me nuts. I have tried ctrl + C. and that doesnt seem to work. Any idea?
I don't think station 100 can be fowarded but you can try push the "foward/DND" button and dial your intercom number. You will probably hear an error tone. I no longer have a ECX book but if i played with one for a minute i might remember the key strokes. You might phone your executone distubtor and ask to talk to a tech. they might have an old man around that remembers.
