Any way you look at it the parties involved will drag this thing out till the cows come home. AT&T trying to do whatever it pleases.....again. I'll go with NO phones before I go with anything AT&T. It seems like a case of contractual agreement between Nascar and Cingular. The worst I think will happen it is will null and void the existing contract between the two if Cingular ever changes is name to AT&T. This should leave the door open to Nascar to close it....firmly in their face. Too Bad!
