Hi,
I'm trying to reset the voice message on our company phone system and having trouble. Don't know where to start. We have an Executone Model 18. PLEASE HELP!!!!

need a lot more info....
Model 18 phone could be used on Any of the executone IDS systems.
There are about 4 different Voice mail systems as well.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
