I just "inherited" an AXXESS 4.4 KSU and NT-voice mail system. Looking for a wiring diagram from KSU to PC... (CPU128/PCM cable to PC?/OPC/PCM cable to other port??).
Was able to modify the configuration via Database Programming app, now need to update KSU, station sets.. etc.
thx

There are two cables that go from the CPU to the NT voicemail. First is the PCM cable, it plugs into the PCM on the CPU128 (axxess system) and goes to the NT voicemails PCM labled CPU (should be the one on the right). This cable transfers audio only. Next is a four conductor telephone line cord (a standard 4 pin reversing cord), it goes into either RS232 port 2 or 3 on the CPU128 (I am assuming you have the CPU128) to the DB 9 connector on the back of the NT voicemail. This DB 9 connector is probably grey in color and plugs into the 9 pin serial port 1 on the back of the NT voicemail. This cord is the digital data link. Also note that the axxess phone system needs to be programmed as to what RS232 port you are plugging this cable into on the CPU128. You should keep this in port 2 or 3 preferably 3 because this port is 9600 max speed and thats what the axxess and the voicemail communicate at.
