Are you asking how to clear the password so you can log in as the administrator, or are you saying that you can log in as the administrator but want to know how to change the password?
Is this password to log into the phone system. If it is what version software. Or is this for the Admin mailbox. Need more info.
If you need to clear the password to gain access to the phone system programming I will not be able to help you sorry

Hi RCA. I could use your expertise if you don't mind? I am trying to change the main greeting on our Axxess/Inter-Tel phone system but it requires an admin. password. According to my company owner, not only did the last guy in my role not have it, but neither did the one before him. So I need to reset it somehow but don't know how. I'm guessing I can do it through the computer program, but can't figure out where to go to do it and the book doesn't tell me. Can you point me in the right direction please?
