Just got an Sbx-ip with voice mail. I am trying to set the auto attendant to drop off to the attendant (100) when the caller doesn't press any buttons. So far no go. The ccr says, error/ timeout destination= attendant but when I call and wait for timeout I get a message saying the time has expired, please try again and then shifts me back to the original ccr announcement.

Most likely, the system will play the error message 3 times, and then transfer the caller to the attendant. To change the number of attempts before a caller is automatically transferred, you need to change the "DISA Retry Count" in System Attributes I.

Thanks Larry, that worked. It's a strange little system but I'm starting to like it, a little.
