Patience, my friend, patience....
When you connect with Admin, the software revision is shown on you laptop screen.
Complete list of all program numbers? Look in the SBX IP Programming & Operations Guide 3.5, Appendix D, "Quick Reference - Programming Tables".

I have not heard anything about rev 4.0 coming out for the sBX. There is nothing on Vertical's site about it either.

True, this little system will sing zippity-do-da out its LAN port but never loose site that this is just a key system and use the KISS principle!!

WTH.... yes..the greatest thing...and the worst thing about the MBX and SBX....flexibility. And yes, they seem to have scattered the programming around a bit, which is confusing. As far as warm key and hot key..If I recall it has to do with going off hook on a line instead of ICM.

A "Warm" key is one that give you internal tone for a few seconds before giving you an outside line. A "Hot" key gives you an outside line immediately.
And as far as scattered programming - that is only because you are trying to relate it to the traditional Vodavi programming that we all learned years ago. I am having more success thinking of it as a brand new set of rules and that way of thinking is helping me to learn it. After 5 installs, I think I have finally gotten past "See Spot run!"
