well, I was able to figure ' it out, But...what is the point of having 8 different drop down boxes when None of them actually Change the Ext numbers? Unless, as usual, I'm ' Missing something " ?

They do and they don't. You delete all them first and then you change the numbering plan.

Nope, I didn't write it just trying to translate it from Vertical speak to something more understandable.
The drop down menus for extension programming don't have an option to change the extension numbers. That is done in the numbering plan drop downs. The reason for that is you have to take into account all numbers for features, access codes, virtual mailboxes etc. Not hard to avoid numbering conflicts most of the time, but when you use four digit extension numbering then it becomes a bit more critical considering that the features and access codes, and virtual mailboxes can stay at three digits.

well, I might have an issue, but, I might not, I was able to change the ext's to 2xx , and there is No voicemail, so, I don't think there will be a problem? ( considering that the " guest mailboxes start with 200.." )
