New system still on bench waiting for install next Tuesday.
Have 1 DTIB12C board -
you can see it in programming ok.
When you plug a phone into it - nothing.
thoughts?
There is also 1 DTIB24C board which seems to work ok.
Have not contacted tech support yet.

If the MBX is anything like the SBX, You have to manually add the card. (real stupid) contact tech support for the info....and then scratch your head wondering about it.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

If you are installing the Edge phones you need a code from inside sales at Vertical.

Also watch your oin outs. Sbx sets work put need to come off unit on blue pair and get to orange pair of set. Stupid I know but that is the way it is.

I am going to assume what Jim posted is the problem if using 4024 (which I will assume again it is since if it was an edge series the screen would still come on phone just wouldn't work). If it has the extensions in there assigned to the card properly the card should be ok, and they will read something like 100(N/A) 101(N/A) until you hook a phone up.
