Hi, I have two different locations using Axxess. Our corporate office is using 9.002 and our remote office is using 8.224. At both locations I have secondary extensions programmed on a handful of phones. External calls to either location ring properly so that the secondary extension flashes and rings and can be answered on the phone where it is programmed. At the 9.002 office, IC calls also ring and flash at the phone, however, this does not happen at the 8.224 office. Is this because of the different software versions or have I missed something with the programming?

Its not the version. Check in programming under the "ring when" and make sure its not set to zero. If you already checked this try and deprogramm the button and then reprogram it under the station and not the key assignments. Try this at one station first. I remember an earlier version of 5.? having this issue.
