I could really use some help! I have a brand new SBX 320 that I am trying to set up. There are three (3) things that I need help with.
1. After trying to change the IP address from the instructions none of the data saves after reseting the system via the TRANS / PGM button or powering the system on and then off.
2. Music On Hold - MOH, I have hooked up an iPOD to the phone system and dont know how to get the music to play through the system.
3. Ringing to all telephones. How do I create a ring group? how do i select the ring group to pick up incoming calls on available COs.

It sounds like the answers to all of your questions are on the yellow sheet that comes in the box with the KSU. I don't think that you have your DIP switch #4 set correctly. The music on hold input has to be changed in the programming from the default internal source.

Ring groups are called Station Groups for the SBX. You should see Station Groups in the PCAdmin tool programming categories on the left. Right click on the group number for routing options after adding members.

It would help if you fill in your profile so we know a bit about you. Anyway, Did u look at the sheet that came with the unit? Also on your first one helps if you watch the video on first time install on Vertical site. Got to do your homework and even then takes a bit getting used too. good luck

1 thing that would be a big help is to go to VConnect. They have several training video modules that you can see the set up. Takes awhile to look at everything but worth it.
