i have a customer with sbx ksu and sts phones and the transfer return doesnt work. i set up mine with sbx phones and it wont work either. i set it for 5 seconds in program 180 and it still wont return an unswared xfer call. any ideas on this problem. thanks dave

The system does not have the voice mail module installed does it? If the answer is no...you may need to turn off the auto fwd to voice mail feature for each extension.

good advice. i do have vm and i did try turning off the fwd to vm and it did the transfer return. my customer doesnt have voicemail but im going to check that setting. thanks, dave.
