Garbled characters in the pgming? I've seen that a few times = corrupt database for sure.

hi, i've tried replacing their vmail module before and the problem persists...then i've replaced the main KSU and the voicemail again to make sure. now, i jsut got a report again from our client that they got another garbled vmail message.
now, i'm suspecting that the problem could be on their co lines as we are unable to replicate their garbled messages in our office.
kindly advise how to rectify this matter.

Since you replaced the components once before, could there be some external interference or RF by the cabinet?

It is really simple...if inter extension calls do not leave garbled messages...then the voice mail module is not malfunctioning. I swear, it seems that control units get jerked off the wall for any kind of problem now....one bad cell or voip phone call and in goes a replacement ksu. It is getting kinda silly. I think this is all related to how dialtone providers work now, lousy voip calls off softswitches.

Hi, I've had only one report of garbled vmail message since I've replaced the main KSU and the vm board last Aug 1st...and it's from an external caller. The cause may really be attributed to the lines..although they're barely using their vm internally. FYI&R //sonny
