Hello - when logging in to the console manager, I switched the MOH setting from Internal (Audio File) to External (Audio Input Jack) and have the external player plugged into the Audio In port, but nothing plays on hold. I have tried an 8ohm and 600ohm setting but still nothing.
Any ideas as to why this external source may not be working?
Many thanks in advance!
Happy Friday!

You can check Resource Management>Application Resources>Music On Hold and make sure Wave Player has at least 1 resource allocated to it. Don't mess with anything else in the applet without consulting documentation or tech support. It can destabilize your system.
Other than that, try the typical physical troubleshooting. Different cable, check the cable that there is audio coming from the player.
