I have a vertical SBX ip 320 that I can not get to page over the speaker with a headset plugged into the headset jack. When the station is paged I can hear the warning tone but the page announcement does not come over the speaker it goes to the headset. Any suggestions?????

Headset mode turns off the speaker. They are mutually exclusive.

The catch here is that the documentation (Prog & Ops guide 1-60) does state that paging should be heard through the speaker. It may have to do with the option to use either the headset or speakerphone.
Can look at PGM 111>Speakerphone option and set to On, then test.
